Frequently asked questions

General

1. How is TEENLIFTING different from other electrical muscle stimulation on the market?
TEENLIFTING® stimulation uses specially shaped and unique electrodes, stimulating all the muscles simultaneously. It is this method of electrical stimulation that achieves the best results on all the muscles (the threshold of comfort is raised, which raises the intensity of the stimulation itself over all the muscles or large functional groups of muscles). Classic stimulation works only on small areas of individual muscles, which is too intense for them, and without affecting the adjacent muscles.
2. How long does one treatment last?
Face and body treatments take 30 minutes each.

Face

1. Why does the TEENLIFTING treatment stimulate all the facial muscles at the same time?
The muscles are anatomically interconnected, and thus condition their synchronised contraction, which is achieved by adapted and original electrode shapes. During each of the ten different workout sessions, absolutely all the facial muscles are stimulated – the muscles of the forehead, the scalp, the temple, the eyes, the cheeks, the mouth, the jawline, double chin (jowls) and the neck, but the training method and the relationships of the muscle combinations are different.
2. How does TEENLIFTING affect the skin?
TEENLIFTING stimulation solves the health, appearance and skin tension in a natural way:

  • through increased and tense toning of the main support of the skin, which are the muscles
  • increased circulation and lymphatic drainage of subcutaneous tissues and skin tissues, which ensures a faster flow of fluids without their retention (entry of nutrients, water, hormones… and waste disposal)
  • increased microcirculation of the skin, which gives it tightness, tension, shine and stimulates the natural tightening of the skin in the healthiest way.

3. Why is it important to start TEENLIFTING before the age of thirty?
After the age of thirty, the muscles sag, changing the facial shape and expression. Ideally, the petite and firm shape of the face from before the age of thirty never changes and retains its youthful form forever.
4. Am I too old for TEENLIFTING?
There is no upper age limit, muscles need to be trained throughout life.
5. Will my wrinkles disappear?
They will. The speed of wrinkle disappearance is individual and depends on the number of workout sessions, age and other factors.
6. Will my mimic wrinkles disappear?
With TEENLIFTING stimulation, you will rejuvenate the entire face, the jawline and the neck, and not just get rid of one wrinkle. The speed of wrinkle disappearance is individual and depends on the number of workout sessions, age and other factors.
7. Is there a difference between mimic wrinkles and wrinkling (shriveling) of the skin?
There is. MIMIC WRINKLES are the first wrinkles that appear after the age of 30, due to the sagging of mimic muscles. We all have the same mimic muscles and therefore mimic wrinkles in the same places. Genetics is the only reason why someone gets certain wrinkles sooner or later, i.e. It depends on which muscles are stronger or weaker. For example, in siblings, one of them genetically takes after the mother and has more wrinkles around the eyes (the muscles around the eyes are weaker), while the other one takes after the father more and has a double chin (weaker chin muscles). WRINKLING (SHRIVELING) OF THE SKIN is caused by the loss of subcutaneous fat tissue of the skin, the loss and weakening of collagen and elastin in the skin, and dehydration of the skin (loss of water). It occurs naturally with aging, or the appearance of some diseases and because of some medications.
8. When are the first results visible?
Already after the first treatment, the whole face is refreshed, and after the fifth treatment, the first results can be seen.
9. What happens if I stop coming for treatments?
Breaking the continuity of treatment does not negatively affect the face, since the muscle retains the resulting tone for a long time. If you continue the treatment later on, the results will add up. It would be better to do several workout sessions a year than to allow the muscles to continuously sag.
10. Is TEENLIFTING treatment painful?
The unpleasant sensation of electrostimulation is solved by the client determining the intensity of stimulation at all times.
11. How often do I have to come for treatments?
On average, clients come for 15 to 30 treatments a year, but time and finances will probably determine your frequency of training. Several workout sessions a year are also a better option than allowing the muscles to continuously sag. It is best to make an annual training plan and financially adapt to the “more favourable annual plan” of prices in TEENLIFTING CENTERS.
12. What are the absolute contraindications?
Pregnancy and pacemaker.

1. How is BellStim different from other electrical stimulation?
BellStim® stimulation uses specially shaped and unique electrodes stimulating all the muscles at the same time. It is this method of electrical stimulation that achieves the best results on all the muscles (the threshold of electrostimulation comfort is raised, which raises the intensity of the stimulation itself over all the muscles or large functional groups of muscles). Classic stimulation works only on small areas of individual muscles, which is too intense for them, and without affecting the adjacent muscles.
2. Isn't it better for me to work out actively in a natural way? Why should I come for electrostimulation?
It is ideal to combine active (fitness, gym, swimming…) workout with BellStim electrical stimulation of the WHOLE BODY or CRITICAL ZONES. Nothing compares to a 30-minute BellStim full-body workout, due to the maximum effectiveness of the stimulation: arms, shoulders, chest, back, torso, abdomen, buttocks, hips, legs and feet. The results that you achieve only by active workout in the same period of time are accelerated many times and improved when combined with electrical stimulation. In addition, BellStim has beneficial effects on any painful areas that prevent you from working out actively. For example, muscle fibres are divided into fast and slow according to type. All muscles in the body have a certain percentage of both, which is determined by heredity. For each muscle group (arms, legs…) special training of fast and special training of slow muscle fibres is done, which requires a greater number of hours of work and training. Upon electrical stimulation, all the muscle groups of the whole body, with their fast and slow fibres, are activated from the first to the last second of the treatment.

  • According to the method of performance, passive, actively assisted, active independent and active workout with resistance or load are done.
  • Workout to maintain the maximum range of motion in all the joints
  • Static stretching workout
  • Strength, endurance, speed and coordination workout:
    1. Isometric –isometric contraction
    2. Isotonic – by concentric and eccentric contraction
    3. Isokinetic
  • Contraction of fast and slow muscle fibres

3. Can I work more on my critical muscles/locations?
Critical places such as abdomen, buttocks, arms… (and they are done for sculpting and firming) can be done independently. For the abdomen and buttocks, there are NEW, specially shaped electrodes that achieve the fastest and most efficient results.
4. Does it remove cellulite?
It does. The female sex hormone oestrogen is responsible for the development of cellulite. Oestrogen accumulates adipose tissue and retains the flow of extracellular fluid. The formation of cellulite is also influenced by diet, physical activity, genetics, stress…
Cellulite can only be kept under control, but never eliminated (depending on one’s genetic predisposition).
A direct and “permanent” way to solve this complex problem is:

  • increase in skin microcirculation
  • increase in lymphatic drainage and increase in the flow of extracellular fluid
  • increase in muscle strength (as a constant pump that maintains the flow of fluids) of the affected tissues.

This is exactly how BellStim very successfully deals with this specific problem and removes cellulite. Without such an intense strengthening of the muscle tone of the affected tissue, the results would be short-lived.
